Monte Ne was a resort built by 'Coin' Harvey, who planned to build a pyramid to preserve civilization's knowledge. Before completion, he died and the resort failed. When Beaver Lake was created in 1966, most sank. At low water, his amphitheater and tower emerge from the lake.
